Our booking procedure is as follows:
1. Contact us by completing our contact form on the website, emailing [email protected].
2. We will then send you our enrollment form.
3. Please return your completed enrollment form to us by email. We will then contact you to arrange a meet-and-greet.
4. At the meet-and-greet session we will go over your pets approved enrollment form with you and any important information specific to your pet or questions you might have. Your pet will be introduced to a couple of new playmates to see how he/she will react to new friends. Please bring your dog's vet book with so we can ensure he/she is up-to-date with his/her vaccinations and has been sterilised.
5. We will then set up an appointment for your dog to come and experience a fun-filled day with us (optional). The purpose of this is to assess how your dog responds to and reacts in a doggy daycare environment. Comprehensive feedback will be provided. This will be at a cost of R150 for his/her trial day with us.
6. Should your dog respond well and enjoy what we have to offer, enrollment will be confirmed.
7. First month's enrollment fee is payable upfront.
8. No booking will be processed or deposit accepted without a meet-and-greet session and a 1 day trial session first.
9. No booking will be confirmed until payment has been made.
